3.1 GR grants you a non-exclusive licence to access and use the content in this Website for your personal purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the content for commercial purposes.

5. Purchases
5.1 Prices
The prices and charges payable for the products or services that you order via this website are clearly set out. If, by mistake, an item is under-priced, GR will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that GR notifies you before the item is dispatched. All prices are expressed exclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

5.1.1 VAT - AI products and solutions
For VAT purposes, sales of online access to the AI products and solutions will be regarded as B2C sales. Such sales are subject to the following VAT rules:
• If the customer is located within the EU, VAT will be applied at the rate local to the customer.
• If the customer is located outside of the EU, 0% UK VAT will be applied.

5.1.2 VAT - All other purchases
For VAT purposes, all other sales are regarded as the supply of services from the UK and the place of supply, e.g. where the VAT liability arises, depends on where the customer is located and the VAT status of the customer. Such sales are subject to the following VAT rules:
• If the customer is located in the UK, VAT will be applied at the standard rate.
• If the customer is located outside of the UK but within the EU and is VAT-registered, 0% UK VAT can be applied under the reverse charge procedure but only on receipt of the customer’s valid local VAT number
• If the customer is located outside of UK but within the EU and is not VAT-registered or is VAT-registered but does not provide Genisys Robotics Limited with a valid VAT number during the purchase process, UK VAT at the current standard rate will be applied.
• If the customer is located outside of the EU, 0% UK VAT will be applied.

5.2. Acceptance
Once you accept the Terms and Conditions and payment has been registered with GR you are deemed to have entered into a contract with us. At this point, we will despatch the goods you have ordered to the email address you have provided.
In the unlikely event that GR fails or declines to supply you with the goods you have ordered, we will reimburse you with the full amount you have paid.

5.3. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the email address specified by you during the order process.

5.4. Cancellation
Please note that you will be unable to cancel the contract once performance of the services has begun; that is, once payment has been registered and the software downloaded, or online services accessed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.



6. Third Parties
Third Parties are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Website complies with all relevant laws and regulations. GR will not take responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in third party material.



7. Changes to the Website
GR may at any time make alterations to or to withdraw the Website or any part of it.
